deposit
Upon delivery of the deposit, the client is expected to pay 50% of the quoted and established price.
delivery
All content will delivered upon link at which the client is able to go download. In the event that a link expires, please contact me (the photographer).
return time
The return times hinge on my current workload. Typically, returns are within 7 days, and any delays will be notified.
cancellation policy
Client-initiated appointment cancellations will not receive a deposit refund. In cases where I (the photographer) cancel or inclement weather interferes, in which case the deposit will be refunded. The client is honored a 7 day reschedule in event of reasonable cancellation. If shoot is not completed within the 7 days, a new deposit is required.
raw images
RAW images are not provided, except when shared with the client for review; in such cases, they will remain RAW and watermarked.
commercial usage
As the content creator, I retain full copyright ownership of the images in accordance with U.S. copyright law. Nevertheless, you have the liberty to share, print, and utilize the images for personal use without any watermarks. However, any commercial usage requires prior agreement with me, the photographer.
late fee
Sessions have a grace period of 15 minutes. However, if you arrive late, a $25 late fee will apply. Please understand that shoot time cannot be extended due to client lateness.
